When it’s a dreary day, sometimes we like to comb through our memories for the never-was beefcakes of earlier eras for some sunshine. For example, Ty Hardin! (Yes, his name is supposed to be as provocative as it sounds. His first agent was Henry Willson, the man who ran a stable of beautiful young actors led by Rock Hudson).
Ty had a big hit with the TV series Bronco, but his claim to fame is mostly that he was gorgeous. Here’s some proof! Let Ty cheer you up today.
(By the way, Hardin starred as Stanley Kowalski opposite the Blanche of Veronica Lake in a 1969 London revival of Streetcar Named Desire. Chew on that!)
